On January 16, 2024, Commerce Access hosted a significant event in appreciation of Halal Development Corporation for selecting CASB as their strategic partner. The event unfolded at the Boardroom on Level 4, showcasing our cutting-edge solutions and capabilities to HDC’s CEO, Encik Hairul Ariffein Sahari, and the management team. The day commenced with discussions centering on our ongoing collaboration and future prospects for joint ventures both domestically and globally.
The participants from HDC included CEO Encik Hairul Ariffein Sahari, CCO Encik Zamulud Awang, Head of Halal Integrated Platform (HIP) Encik Mohammad Hafiz Jamaluddin, Manager of Halal Integrated Platform (HIP) Puan Ema Juliany Jamaluddin, Manager of Halal Integrated Platform (HIP) Puan Nina Alyssa Zainal Abidin, and Executive of HIP (Commercial) Puan Nurul Natasha Mahadi Amir. The CASB team was represented by Encik Abdul Halim Mohamad Yusof (Group COO), Puan Shaikhah Abdul Karim (Head of Department Business Development), Puan Norhaizah Norahim (Manager Outbound Contact Centre), along with the Business Development (BD) Team and Project Management Office (PMO) Team.
The comprehensive event included a visit to the Contact Centre on Level 5, providing HDC with an immersive experience of our solutions in action. The day concluded with a delightful lunch at Four Spice Café, The Warehouse, creating a conducive environment for fostering future collaborations and emphasizing our commitment to a successful partnership with HDC.
