Commerce Access Wins Gold for Best Outsourced Inbound Contact Centre at the Industry Excellence Awards 2024

KUALA LUMPUR, 3 OCTOBER 2024 – Commerce Access Sdn. Bhd. (CASB) proudly announces its victory at the Industry Excellence Awards & Gala Dinner 2024, held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel’s Grand Ballroom on 27 September 2024. CASB received the Gold Award for Best Outsourced Inbound Contact Centre Under 100 Seats, an acknowledgment of its dedication to excellence in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and digital solutions.

The event, themed “Celebrating the Stars”, brought together industry leaders to honour exceptional achievements and foster connections within the contact centre sector. The award underscores CASB’s commitment to providing outstanding customer service support and innovative solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
