Talkdesk and Commerce Access teamed up for a significant event, aiming to introduce Talkdesk to Commerce Access’ clients and unveil Commerce Access’ fresh new logo. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as leaders from both sides, alongside 16 representatives from 10 companies, comprising Commerce Access’ top clients and prospects, they mingled amidst the vibrant staff, infusing the event with energy.
Sponsored by Digital Paper, Talkdesk’s Malaysian distributor, the event aimed to dive deep into Talkdesk’s technology and features, enlightening clients about its potential. The day kicked off with a lively coffee break before the real action started at 9:30 am. En Abdul Halim bin Mohamad Yusof, Commerce Access’ Group COO, took center stage, unveiling their sleek new logo. The crowd was electrified by Peter Coulson, Talkdesk JAPAC’s Managing Director, who shared riveting insights on Talkdesk. The buffet lunch served as a perfect backdrop for guests to connect, sparking new friendships and setting the stage for a promising partnership between Talkdesk and Commerce Access.
