Job Description

  1. Handles incoming calls from customers.
  2. Their responsibilities are to assist the customer such as but not limited to inquiries, complaints, troubleshoot for no water, water pressure, water quality, meter faulty or meter leak, pipe leak, stopcock problems, and a high bill, resolve issues with payment, billing, and deposit refund, etc. and provide the solution.
  3. Any other relevant task that deemed required to ensure the best quality of service.

Minimum Experience (Year)

  • 3 years

Qualification

  • Diploma

OR

  • SPM and 3 years relevant experience in customer contact centre
