Job Description
- Actively seek and explore new business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio and market presence.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve company revenue targets.
- Account management and account planning.
- Maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy.
- Establish and manage relationships with external partners/vendors, fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and optimize business growth.
- Lead the creation of winning business proposals, tailored to client needs and aligned with company capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular meetings, follow-ups, and presentations.
- Participate in RFPs and tenders for BPO business, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.
Qualification
- At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
- Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and/or in Information Technology is a bonus.
Requirements
- Min 2-years’ experience and proven track records in a sales environment.
- Must have HUNTER mentality in sales approach.
- Strong work ethics and attention to detail.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and can thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Have good composure and showcase excellent problem-solving solving skills.
- Results oriented with good business sense.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
