About the Role

Commerce Access is seeking a high-energy, aggressive Business Development Manager with a true hunter mindset to drive growth in our BPO and Contact Centre outsourcing business.

This role is for someone who is hungry for sales, relentless in prospecting, and driven by closing high-value outsourcing deals across various sectors.

Job Description

  • Aggressively identify, pursue, and secure new BPO and Contact Centre outsourcing opportunities to expand Commerce Access’ market presence.
  • Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding assigned revenue and growth targets.
  • Demonstrate a strong hunter mentality with a relentless drive to win new business and close complex outsourcing deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target industries.
  • Drive the full sales cycle — from lead qualification, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Lead the development of compelling BPO proposals, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and client KPIs.
  • Participate in RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, ensuring compliant, competitive, and timely submissions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Strategically manage and grow key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnership development.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to strengthen positioning in the BPO industry.
  • Establish and manage relationships with external partners/vendors, fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.
  • Represent Commerce Access at industry forums, networking events, and business engagements to continuously generate new leads.


Qualification

  • At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
  • Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and/or in Information Technology is a bonus.

  • Min 5-years’ experience and proven track records in a sales environment.
  • Highly driven and target-oriented, with a genuine hunger for sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong work ethics and attention to detail.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and can thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Possesses strong industry networks within Malaysia.
  • Have good composure and showcase excellent problem-solving solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
