Job Description

  • Actively seek and explore new business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio and market presence.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Account management and account planning.
  • Maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy.
  • Establish and manage relationships with external partners/vendors, fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and optimize business growth.
  • Lead the creation of winning business proposals, tailored to client needs and aligned with company capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular meetings, follow-ups, and presentations.
  • Participate in RFPs and tenders for BPO business, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.


Qualification

  • At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
  • Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and/or in Information Technology is a bonus.


Requirements

  • Min 2-years’ experience and proven track records in a sales environment.
  • Must have HUNTER mentality in sales approach.
  • Strong work ethics and attention to detail.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and can thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Have good composure and showcase excellent problem-solving solving skills.
  • Results oriented with good business sense.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
