On 13 February 2026, Commerce Access gathered at TGV Alamanda Putrajaya for its annual Townhall, marking the official start of our 2026 Mission journey.

Set in a cinema environment, the evening reflected clarity of direction and shared purpose. The Townhall served two key objectives. To reflect on a strong 2025 performance and to align the organisation on the priorities that will shape 2026.

Seventy percent of the team attended in person, while thirty percent remained on duty to ensure essential operations continued without disruption. Even during internal milestones, our commitment to clients remains constant.

This balance reflects who we are as a service-driven organisation. Present. Responsible. Ever ready.
