Job Description

  • Contact and communicate effectively with customers to promote products, services, or solutions, and generate sales opportunities or leads, and handle debt collection activities such as discussing delinquent accounts and payment options.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction while adhering to proper procedures.
  • Maintain professionalism and build strong relationships with customers during every interaction.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets (e.g., call attempts, sales closed, or amounts collected).
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions, activities, and outcomes in the system.
  • Comply with all relevant policies, regulations, and ethical practices in outbound activities.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by management to support organizational goals.
  • Ensure adherence and compliance with all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements.


Qualification

  • At least a Diploma or higher in any field.
  • SPM holders are eligible with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales environment, including roles such as telemarketer or outbound agent.


Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales skills and knowledge of outbound calling techniques.
  • Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred; customer service experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic work environment and demonstrate resilience in managing challenging customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages will be an added advantage.
