About the Role

Commerce Access is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager & Strategist to lead and execute marketing strategies, strengthen brand visibility, promote our BPO and Contact Centre solutions, and coordinate corporate events.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution — ensuring that marketing not only elevates the company’s brand but also directly supports business growth.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Position the company and its BPO solutions effectively across various sectors.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, PR, events) to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
  • Coordinate corporate events, webinars, exhibitions, and client engagement sessions to maximize impact and business outcomes.
  • Establish and manage relationships with external partners/vendors, fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Support proposal development, RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions with tailored marketing collateral and solution messaging.
  • Create and manage marketing content including company profiles, presentations, case studies, and digital assets.
  • Research relevant industry awards, benchmarks, and recognition programs that align with Commerce Access’ service offerings and market position.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to inform marketing and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with other Business Development team members to ensure consistent messaging and aligned campaigns.
  • Track and report marketing performance, campaign ROI, and impact on business development objectives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and corporate communications.


Qualification

  • At least a Diploma,  in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic marketing and campaign management.
  • Strategic thinker and creative innovator with strong execution capability.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of market segmentation, lead generation, and sales enablement.
  • Experience coordinating events and award submissions is preferred.
  • Strong work ethics and attention to detail.
