CASB Let's Talk CX
August 26, 2025, marked an inspiring milestone in Kuala Lumpur. Pengurusan Air Selangor and Commerce Access partnered to host Let’s Talk CX: The Future of Intelligent Customer Engagement, bringing together more than 100 participants from water utilities regulator & providers as well as professionals from across industries to explore how technology, people, and processes are shaping Malaysia’s customer experience landscape.
The day opened with En. Abdul Halem Mat Som of Air Selangor, who reminded us that “Water is life, but service is dignity.” CCAM President, Mr. Vigneswaran Sivalingam, emphasized that customer experience has evolved into a business strategy, while CASB Vice President, Pn. Hajjah Afidah Kamaruddin, reinforced that “CX is no longer optional, it is a national agenda.”
With contributions from industry leaders including DHL, Malaysia Aviation Group, and Tenaga Nasional Berhad, the forum became a vibrant platform for knowledge-sharing and collaboration. The atmosphere was dynamic and forward-looking, with conversations continuing well beyond the stage.
